The Director, HRIS will have the strategic and operational responsibility for the effective and efficient utilization of the company’s HR applications, with support of IT. The incumbent will direct a team of professionals responsible for providing “one face to the customer” for HR solutions. Through training, documentation and effective communication, the Director, HRIS will direct efforts to ensure all HR users understand and comply with standard HR processes, data standards, and benefits. This role will additionally be responsible for developing and maintaining HR self service capability and designing, assigning and managing user security for HR applications. The Director, HRIS owns HR reporting, and is responsible for designing and delivering standard reports, metric dashboards, reporting bundles, and ad hoc reports.
