Under minimal supervision, responsible for driving the affinity business channel and coaching the Territorial Sales Managers.
Drives the Affinity sales channel by:
Identify new methods of distribution, develop business cases and drive these to success
Coach Territorial Sales Managers on the “hunter’ process to ensure success.
Provides continual feedback to senior management regarding any changes in market conditions.
Work with the Director of Sales to improve the overall sales organization
Assist the Director of Sales with the coaching of the staff
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
