The Recruiting Associate/Caller's goal is to uncover Financial Representatives willing to have a follow-up discussion with a Recruiter to discuss a Financial Advisor career with HTIN.   Company will provide list to Recruiting Telemarketer.  Opportunity for advancement.

Essential Functions

The Recruiting Associate will recruit advisors for HTIN (Hilltop Securities Independent Network).  The Associate is responsible for driving Financial Advisor lead flow to the recruiting team in order to increase sales.  This will be done through prospecting, lead qualification and effective reporting.   Primary prospecting efforts will be phone based (cold-calling) with additional efforts using digital means to gauge/create interest in meeting with recruiters/leaders.


The Firm will provide the candidate with lists of Representatives. He/She must be able to organize all prospects and maintain detailed database of all conversations and progress maintained in Salesforce.

  • The candidate's goal will be to uncover those Representatives willing to have a follow-up discussion with a Recruiter to discuss a Financial Advisor career with HTIN.
  • Training on HTIN story, policies, advantages provides.  Story board script and reinforcement will be provided to ensure success.
  • Job hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday (40 hours per week).   Some schedule flexibility based on time zones may impact arrival and departure times. 
  • Career advancement is available should employee demonstrate exceptional ability.
  • Hourly rate of $15.00 - $20.00 based on experience plus bonus incentives.

Job Requirements

  •  High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Candidate should have at least one year of sales/telemarketing/recruiting experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a high pressure/high volume atmosphere.
  • Must be extremely organized and energetic.
  • Must be aggressive, engaging and able to build rapport over the phone.
  • Highly motivated and resilient by achieving sales targets consistently.
  • Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
